Yes, it is designed this way. Each branch has one login, that can be used by multiple users at this branch. That means that you can have for example 4 mobile phones that are using the same login information at the same time.
As Alive Verify is usually used by multiple users, we do not allow users to reset it. You will need to contact us by email for manual reset. Also, you can find your password in your email that was used for initial set up.
Alive Verify will give your staff information on the reason why verification was not successful, so the staff can inform the customer. You should not give the discount in this case.
